The earlier 2026-07-10 snapshot remains immutable. After IVPN AntiTracker was temporarily disabled on 2026-07-13, the normal importer successfully preserved a new raw response and script-free rendered snapshot.
Finansinspektionen’s guidance says that, as a main rule, authorization is required to provide crypto-asset services under MiCA. It lists custody and administration, trading platforms, exchange, execution, transfer for clients, advice, and portfolio management as in-scope service categories.
This is a decisive boundary for the venture. Taking payment for its own service is not the same as becoming a provider of services to customers, but the exact payment flow still needs legal and tax advice.
Crypto payments for privacy services uses this source to keep the early business outside custody, exchange, wallet operation, or client transfer activity unless it is deliberately resourced as a regulated financial business.
