“9 Google Pixel 10 Pro XL Screen Protectors Tested — Fit, Feel, Drop & Scratch Review” is a 53-minute YouTube comparison by HighTechCheck, published 5 September 2025. The creator states that the video’s product links are affiliate links, so its rankings carry a commercial incentive alongside the visible test footage.

Nine protectors are installed on a Pixel 10 Pro XL and checked for fit, touch, in-display fingerprint reliability, and clarity, then subjected to a steel-ball drop test (2 feet, raised a foot at a time) and a Mohs-pick scratch test. Findings relevant to the wiki:

  • The Spigen GLAS.tR EZ Fit Privacy survived a 6-foot drop, scratched only lightly at Mohs 6, and worked with the ultrasonic fingerprint sensor after re-registering fingerprints and enabling “optimize for screen protector”.
  • The creator recommends the Spigen privacy glass as the privacy pick, and Torras or amFilm glass as the clear picks.
  • The privacy glass visibly dims the screen, requiring higher brightness in use.
