Koofr is a Slovenian cloud-storage service. Its ordinary storage uses provider-managed protections, while Koofr Vault adds client-side encryption for a distinct protected area. Koofr states that the Vault safe key remains on the user’s device.

The distinction between normal storage and Vault is material. Advice should not describe the whole service as provider-inaccessible when only a selected workflow has that boundary. Lost-key recovery, sharing limitations, client support, and local plaintext copies also require review.

Swedish and EU privacy suppliers treats Koofr as a possible digital lead subject to direct resale permission and support terms.
