Monero

Monero

Monero is a cryptocurrency designed to make transaction amounts, senders, and recipients less visible on its public ledger than they are in Bitcoin. Cryptocurrency design comparison places that privacy-by-default design beside Bitcoin, the Lightning Network, Ethereum, Solana, Zcash, and fiat-backed stablecoins. Protocol privacy does not make the surrounding transaction anonymous. Exchange accounts, network observation, wallet compromise, shipping, support, and merchant records can still link a payment to a person.

For Crypto payments for privacy services, direct XMR acceptance is a payment architecture choice with accounting, volatility, custody, sanctions-screening, and Swedish tax implications. It should not be marketed as making a lawful merchant invisible.

Privacy voucher shop can use Monero only after those operational controls and the customer-data boundary are designed explicitly.
