Mullvad
Mullvad is the clearest first digital-voucher lead. Its official partnership page describes reseller scratch cards and links Swedish and European retailers. The voucher architecture already supports separation between the reseller’s payment information and the customer’s Mullvad account.
The pitch should combine physical privacy kits, a low-data digital checkout, Swedish-language threat-model guidance, and access to a customer segment the existing resellers do not serve.
Yubico
Yubico’s current Security Key NFC page says the product is securely manufactured in Sweden. Its 2026 YubiNation Partners program includes resellers and gives larger deployments additional co-selling support.
The strongest opening is not a price-led consumer listing. It is an authorized two-key security-key recovery kit, small-team rollout, and Swedish or English onboarding. Confirm authorized supply and country-of-origin wording per model.
Integrity VPN
Integrity VPN is operated through Swedish resellers and publishes a reseller API and wholesale model. It is an interesting Swedish B2B lead, but its reseller carries the customer relationship and first-line support.
That makes it operationally closer to providing a VPN subscription than selling a sealed bearer voucher. Review VPN service legal risk before treating it as an early anonymous-code product.
Plegium
Plegium AB is a Swedish supplier of licence-free menthol defence sprays and personal alarms. Its connected products use an app, location, contacts, and subscription services, which is a poor default match for a data-minimizing catalog.
A non-connected alarm or spray may still fit after the product gate in Defence marker sprays.

ProxyStore digital goods shows that reseller codes exist for several European privacy services. Potential outreach includes Cryptomator in Germany, Koofr in Slovenia, Tuta in Germany, addy.io in Germany, and Little Snitch in Austria.
Their appearance in another reseller’s catalog does not grant this venture a right to resell them. Each needs direct written permission, territory and pricing terms, consumer-support allocation, refund rules, code-delivery security, and a data-flow review.
Switzerland and Gibraltar are European but not EU jurisdictions. Describe companies such as Proton or IVPN as European, not EU-based, when origin is part of the sales claim.

- Obtain the exact formulation, safety data, transport classification, and reseller terms for any Plegium product under consideration.
- Contact two EU physical-product suppliers for declarations, test reports, responsible-person details, minimum orders, and recall allocation.
- Contact two digital-service issuers for written resale permission, territory, refund, support, and code-security terms.
